Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the service

The service helps the Pvm l1etuva community manage clan activity submissions, loot, points, events, member status, clan bank information, voluntary support of the service, and administrator approvals. Supporter status itself does not grant additional clan points, leadership rights, or a gameplay advantage. Bot features operate only in Discord servers and channels where the bot has been lawfully installed and granted the required permissions.

2. Eligibility

You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement in your country and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and the applicable server rules. A server administrator is responsible for having authority to install the bot and choose the channels it can access.

3. Acceptable use

When using the service, you must:

• not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content;
• not bypass access controls, security measures, command limits, or the approval process;
• not use the bot for spam, harassment, impersonation, or violations of Discord rules;
• not attempt to obtain bot tokens, credentials, non-public code, or other users’ data;
• submit only game records and images that you have the right to provide.

4. Submitted content

You retain your rights in content you submit. By submitting a message, screenshot, or game result to the bot, you grant a limited permission to access, process, and display that content to clan administrators and to create a clan activity record. This permission applies only as needed to operate the service.

Automated text recognition can be inaccurate. A clan administrator may make the final decision on a submission, and users should verify that submitted information is correct.

5. Administration decisions

Clan administrators may approve, reject, correct, or remove submissions, adjust points, and limit access when necessary for the rules, security, or data accuracy. The primary administrator may register or revoke a supporter period. Supporter privileges are additional community and personalisation features, may be changed or discontinued, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Accounts or access may be suspended for abuse or violations of these Terms.

6. Third-party services

The service operates with Discord and may use public Wise Old Man, Old School RuneScape Wiki, and Grand Exchange data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Pvm l1etuva is not affiliated with and does not control Discord, Jagex, or Wise Old Man.

7. Availability

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or always-accurate prices, OCR results, WOM data, or external links. Features may change, pause, or end due to maintenance, security, third-party changes, or community needs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost in-game items, incorrectly calculated virtual value, third-party actions, or decisions made using service information. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when features, legal requirements, or Discord rules change. The latest revision date is always displayed on this page. Continued use after an update means that you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. Send questions, violation reports, or requests to arunas@pikelis.eu.
